Two-storey house for a young family, called the Rock House, was designed by the Ukrainian studio 33BY Architecture, headed by Ivan Yunakov. The result of their work was modern housing, with classic “notes.” On the first floor there is a large living room with impressive windows, aimed at the West and East.
A large double-light living room, oriented with glazing on the east and west sides, allows the residents of the house to “be present” in all phases of the day.
The space includes four zones that flow into each other: a soft corner, a fireplace room, a dining room and a kitchen. I like that from any room you can go to the terrace. Thus, the architects emphasized the proximity to nature.
